Revive Our Minds!
By Sol-Hyang Park, Editor-in-chief
The restrictions on COVID-19 have been eased a lot - society seems to be gradually reviving. Sangmyung University is also doing face-to-face lectures, various offline events, and school festivals. However, is it the same for us inside?
Some may have suffered from Corona Blue due to the pandemic, some may have become more lethargic, and some may have gotten used to boredom at home. That's who I am. I was originally an active person who liked to meet people and explore various places, but I’ve become an introvert and little bit lazy because of the last two years of the pandemic. Now that many sanctions have been eased, I feel strange to go back to my previous self. It's as if I’m stuck with COVID-19 and can't get out of it.
I wonder if you have escaped well from this Corona Blue, which is a topic that has been dealt with many times in our webzine. In a way, this may not get better as easily as the rapidly changing environment.
However, we need to keep going - adapt to the changing environment, get out of the Comfort zone, communicate with society and review what goals or dreams we had not achieved due to COVID-19. Let’s restore our inner vitality little by little!
Still, COVID-19 is still in progress, I hope you take care and finish the semester well.
